Canadian company continues to expand their keepsake ultrasound business

Canada-based UC Baby, a company that offers a variety of keepsake ultrasound services, recently expanded again with the addition of a new location in Moncton, New Brunswick. That brings the company’s number of locations to 18 all across Canada. Like most keepsake ultrasound businesses, UC Baby provides expectant parents with the opportunity to see high quality 3D and 4D images and video of their unborn baby. Those images can then be shared with family and friends and printed on everything from traditional photo paper to t-shirts and tote bags.

In addition to those traditional products, UC Baby also offers its clients two rather unique options. The first is called “Baby Forever” and it is a custom-made 3D doll that is created based on the ultrasound photos taken of the baby. UC Baby also allows parents to invite others to share the experience of seeing the baby in real time through live broadcasting of the ultrasound images and video. The parents simply provide UC Baby with the email addresses of people they would like to invite to view the live broadcast, and then those people are given instructions on how to view the private and secure broadcast. Because of the affordability and availability of used ultrasound equipment and leased ultrasound equipment, many new keepsake ultrasound businesses are opening in the U.S. and Canada and offering unique options like UC Baby.
